1. What products does your shop offer?
Our shop has a few specialties. We curate and sell a variety of artisan chocolate bars, including some made in our own chocolate factory. We also offer a cafe menu with a delightful selection of sandwiches, desserts, and drinks, like our must-try Hot Chocolate. And to round things out, we offer a few experiences, like chocolate tastings and our famous Afternoon Tea experience.
2. How can I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your item. Make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
3. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. How many people are your experience reservations for?
All experiences are priced per person. The number of units you add to your cart corresponds to the number of people reserving that experience. For instance, if you want to reserve chocolate and cheese fondue for 3 people, add 3x Chocolate and Cheese Fondue to your cart during checkout.
5. What is your cancellation policy for reservations?
For events that require a reservation, such as Afternoon Tea, Fondue, or Tasting Class, cancellation or change requests must be made at least the day prior to receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations will only be refunded 50% of the purchase price.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange.
7. What is the refund process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
8. What is your shipping policy?
Our goal is to provide fast and reliable shipping services. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method, weight, size, and location. Please note that chocolate shipped during spring/summer may melt if a shipping option longer than 2 days is selected. International shipping is also available, with rates and delivery times varying by location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
9. What if I have issues with my delivery?
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered promptly.
