Our Story
We have always loved great food. Every trip we take seems to end up centered on finding the best, most interesting local flavors. But it’s not just that, we love sharing that love of food with others. It’s not unusual to find us in a grocery store telling complete strangers that ‘they have to try this.’ Food brings people together it’s how we celebrate, mourn, and often find comfort.
Our passion for fine chocolate started long before our plans to make it ourselves. We would taste our way through any and every chocolate shop we could find. Eventually, this passion turned into a vision for a new level of precision in the chocolate making process; one that would allow us to more carefully control the steps that have the most significant effect on flavor development. We wanted to make chocolate that showcases the complexity and depth of flavor that the world’s finest cacao has to offer.
Thousands of hours and hundreds of prototype batches later, we are proud to offer a line of chocolate that does just that — meticulously crafted with a sense of the travel that brought the passion to light in our own lives.
When you share something new with someone, a connection is made. We love the bond that forms from these experiences. Our tasting boutique in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains and our online store have been created to allow us to further share these experiences.
Everything we sell here we love. Although we can't promise that you'll love everything in the same way we do (everyone has different taste buds), we can promise that everything you receive is of the finest quality.
