Makes 4-6 drinks
2 cups high-quality apple cider
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 bottle sparkling water (such as Perrier)
½ cup SOM honey vinegar
1 box of cacao juice
1. Add apple cider, brown sugar and cinnamon stick to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Boil the mixture for about 30-40 minutes or until reduced by half. Let cool completely.
2. Add ice to your glass, add about ¼ cup of the reduced apple cider. Add 1-2 TBSP of the honey vinegar and a splash of the cacao juice for sweetness. Top the rest of the glass off with sparkling water and stir before serving.
