Jaggery sugar can be made from sugar cane or date palms and is mostly found in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bengal or Southern India. A similar fudgy texture to brown sugar, jaggery has rich caramel and burnt butter flavours.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, jaggery sugar, cashews and skim milk powder.
